Damn Barking Dogs

I’ve had other audio of these damn dogs next door and perhaps video and ended up deleting them.  Each time I think they may have gotten rid of these dogs they show up.  This was on a Saturday after they had been barking until 2 a.m.   After not getting sleep I’m out there trying to check on my hot tub.  I can’t ever use the hot tub without their dogs coming out and barking incessantly which tends to offset the whole purpose of relaxing in the hot tub.  They don’t have a mailbox or house address to leave a letter.  They seem home all the time when the dogs are barking and never say anything to them or answer the door the one time I did go over and try to talk to them.  They come right out their dog door every time they even remotely think we might be outside…
